Regenerative Development Corp (RDC) is a regenerative private-equity firm that provides the capital architecture for whole-systems development. Founded in 2019, RDC structures capital to value five forms — natural, human, social, built, and financial — measured and governed together through mission-locked covenants and dual reporting.
RDC operates the Planetary Regenerative Trust and a portfolio of six companies spanning real estate, technology, building systems, and community platforms — all governed by the same covenant and Five Capitals measurement framework. The firm draws on the regenerative development lineage of Bill Reed and Regenesis Group.
